Nybrogatan 15 Apartments

Originally an apartment building from 1873, these spaces which were being used as offices which were carefully restored back to apartments in this Culturally historical building above the old Astoria Movie Theatre. Two additional floors with spectacular modern apartments were added to the top while the existing floors were once again transformed back to their original glory. Great efforts were made to keep the architectural integrity, where fireplaces, carpentry, stucco and other period details were carefully renovated and reused to the greatest extent possible. The facade is restored and regains its original colors.
